1. Understanding Your Needs — We’ll meet to discuss the specifics of what you’re looking for in a home. I’ll create your custom home search in MIBOR, the most trusted source for Central Indiana listings, so you can check out listings that match your unique criteria as soon as they go live.

2. Touring Homes — We’ll hunt for your dream home as long as it takes for you to fall in love. We’ll tour homes in person by scheduling showings at any of the homes you want to see. This is always a learning process and a lot of fun to do together.

3. Making an Offer — Prior to submitting an offer, I’ll analyze comparative market data to inform our position and ensure you feel confident with our approach. When we’re ready to submit, I’ll walk you through all the details, key elements, and documents involved in creating the contract.

4. Going Under Contract Coming to an agreement on the offer is just one step of many on the road to closing a home transaction. I’ll be there to support you through the inspection negotiations, home appraisal, title work, and any other issues that might arise while under contract.

5. Closing — I’ll be right by your side at the closing table on the day you become a new homeowner. Now it’s time to celebrate. Congrats!
